The Tru Hotel by Hilton is next to the Chota Center (our conference center) and is the main convention hotel. Room nights are 120.00 / night plus tax. We have 70 rooms in our block and they are a mix of Double Queen rooms and King Bed rooms. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast and it is very good. The Holiday Inn Express is just down the road about 1/4 mile from the Chota Center and is very nice. We have a block of 50 rooms available here at 120.00 / night plus tax. The rooms are nice and there is an equal mix of Double Queens and King Bed rooms. Full Breakfast is included with the room. The booking link also has menu options that include local area directions. The next hotel in our group is the Best Western NSU Inn which is just next to the Holiday Inn Express listed above. It is a very nice hotel with identical room rates as above. We have a 20 room block here, 10 are double queen rooms and 10 are King rooms. You MUST call the hotel directly and ask for the Kiwanis Group Block and give them the dates. They will find the rooms in their computer system and be able to give you the correct rate of 120.00 / night for either type of room. Their phone # is (918) 431-0600.
The 4th hotel in our block of hotels is the Days Inn just a couple of miles from the Chota conference center. Each guest room has a microwave, fridge and a flat screen TV. The room rates for the Kiwanis Block (Mention Kiwanis when you call them) are 120.00 / night. We have 20 rooms in this block. There is not a clickable direct link for registration but you can call them directly. 1-918-456-7800 . Ask for the Kiwanis Group Block and give them the dates.
The 5th Hotel on our list is the Tenkiller Lodge south of town about 10 miles. We have 22 rooms in our block there and 20 of them are Double Queens. The last 2 are King rooms. The rooms in the lodge have nice amenities (see the pix) and the rates are great! Thursday night, the rates are 84.50. On Friday and Saturday nights, the room rates are 89.50. Add tax to these room rates. There is no breakfast at the lodge but there is a diner a short distance away where you can eat before coming up to the Chota Center. You will need to call the front desk to make your reservation. Remember to mention the Kiwanis Block and the dates of the convention – July 25, 26, 27th, checking out on Sunday the 28th.
